The job entails:
Answering multiple phone lines
Phone sales
Order processing and scheduling
Hosting and greeting tour customers
Responding to customer email inquiries
Answering questions regarding our product offerings
Administrative duties
Computer skills including but not limited to: Data Entry, QuickBooks, and online scheduling
Typing Skills: 50 Words/Minute
Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
MUST be able to pass an TSA security background check
Ability to write and communicate proficiently
General office cleanliness
